Our full-service establishment enables you and your guests to have the advantage of head-to-toe pampering, but with an emphasis on your individual needs.
In order to serve you in an efficient and thorough manner, we ask that you review the following terms and conditions. Please download this form and sign the back page as an agreement to the terms and conditions.
- When scheduling your appointment(s), we need the bride's (or person responsible) full name, two phone numbers, and the wedding (or group gathering) date. To ensure that service providers are available, we book appointments one to two months in advance.
- For brides, we recommend a trial hair and make-up appointment before the wedding date. These services are not part of the price of the hair and make-up appointments on the wedding day.
- We require a full list of all wedding attendants (or guests) receiving services in the salon and all services needed for the scheduled day(s). All appointments need to be specified at the time of scheduling due to varying lengths of time some services may require.
- You must secure your appointments with a Visa or MasterCard. A credit card number must be on file no later than 2 weeks before your schedule appointments. Failure to provide a credit card number will result in the cancellation of all your bridal appointments. Otherwise, the credit card will not be used unless appointments are missed or cancelled.
- A one week notice is required for cancellation of any bridal party appointments. If cancellations are made after the one week deadline, the bride (or person responsible) is responsible for payment of appointments.
- It is required for all attendants (or guests) to arrive 15 minutes before their schedule appointments. We cannot be responsible for any service rendered if the client is late.
- For couture/updo appointments, we require hair to be DRY. It will cause scheduling problems and cost more if the stylist has to wash and dry the hair. We also recommend wearing button-down shirts for couture/updo appointments.
A style is considered couture hair when any or all of the hair is pinned. If any member of your bridal party is scheduled for a shampoo/style, please be aware that we will not be able to accommodate any last minute couture hair requests.
Bridal hair pricing depends upon the style requested and varies by stylist. The average bridal hair price is approximately $120.
Please also note that all trial appointments (hair, makeup, etc.) are not complimentary. The pricing for the trial appointments are priced as quoted above.
Off-site wedding pricing is not the same. Please speak with the bridal coordinator for additional pricing information.
Early opening for bridal parties on Saturday is an option for late morning/early afternoon weddings. Please speak with the bridal coordinator for additional information and associated fees.
Please note that we accept cash, in-state checks, Visa and MasterCard for payment.
We are unable to add gratuities to any credit card payment.
Provide a central gathering place for your wedding party or large group with the rental of our Hospitality Room or Kitchen!

The Hospitality Room may be reserved for a fee of $75.

The Kitchen may be reserved for a fee of $150.

You may also bring in refreshments to accommodate your guests, however, we limit one tray to the Hospitality Room. You are responsible for providing your own utensils, napkins, and plates.
If you plan to bring alcoholic beverages, you must rent either the Hospitality Room or the Kitchen.
If your plans at Mina's include having a photographer present on your wedding date, please let the bridal coordinator know before your scheduled day.
